This research aims to explore the lived experiences of Iranians who have immigrated to Germany in recent years.<br /><br /><strong>Data and Method</strong><strong>: </strong>A phenomenological methodology based on the Colaizzi approach was employed. Participants consisted of 12 Iranian immigrants who migrated to Germany from Shiraz. They were selected through purposive sampling, and the required data were collected using in-depth interviews.<br /><br /><strong>Findings:</strong><strong> </strong>The data from lived experiences were analyzed under four main concepts: "Rationality conditioned by the rule of law", "growth of individuality", "economic pull", and "Pushes arising from lifestyle-value conflicts." The findings, formulated within a semantic model, led to the emergence of a core category: "Migration as an Opportunity for advancement and change amidst conflicts."<br /><br /><strong>Conclusion:</strong><strong> </strong>The lived experiences indicate that the immigrant initially faces a kind of ambiguity and confusion in the new society; There are basic challenges in interaction with the host country's culture in front of them; They must integrate into the social and cultural fabric of the new society, yet cannot completely detach from the social and cultural teachings of their past. Consequently, immigrants in Germany face lifestyle and value-based challenges in their interactions with others, but they endure the hardships of being away from their homeland for the sake of personal advancement.<br /><br /><strong>Key Message:</strong> Iranian society has undergone significant social and cultural changes in recent decades. This necessitates policymakers' attention to these changes to prevent further future migration and the outflow of human capital from the country. <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> سالیانه میلیون‌ها نفر در سراسر جهان وطن خود را برای زندگی در کشوری دیگر ترک می‌کنند. در ایران نیز طی دهه‌های اخیر هزاران نفر به قصد زندگی در ممالک صنعتی اقدام به مهاجرت نموده‌اند. هدف این پژوهش واکاوی تجارب زیستة ایرانیانی است که طی سال‌های اخیر به کشور آلمان مهاجرت کرده‌اند.<br /><br /><strong>روش و داده</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>ها</strong><strong>: </strong>برای دستیابی به این هدف از روش‌شناسی پدیدارشناسی به روش کلایزی استفاده گردید. مشارکت‌کنندگان، 12 نفر مهاجرین ایرانی بودند که از شیراز به آلمان مهاجرت کرده‌اند. این افراد از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با استفاده از مصاحبه عمیق، اطلاعات مورد نیاز از آنان جمع‌آوری گردید.<br /><br /><strong>یافته</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>ها:</strong> داده‌های حاصل از تجربه‌های زیسته، ذیل چهار مفهوم اصلی شاملِ «عقلانیت در گرو قانون‌مداری»، «رشد فردیت»، «کشش‌های اقتصادی» و «رانش‌های ناشی از تعارض زیستی- ارزشی» واکاوی شده‌اند. یافته‌های حاصل، در قالب یک الگوی معنایی، به حصول مقوله‌ای هسته‌ای "مهاجرت فرصتی برای پیشرفت و تغییر در سایه تعارض‌ها" منجر گردید.<br /><br /><strong>بحث و نتیجه</strong><strong>‌</strong><strong>گیری:</strong><strong> </strong>تحربه زیسته حاکی از آن است که فرد مهاجر ابتدا با نوعی ابهام و سردرگمی در جامعه جدید مواجه می‌شود؛ چالش‌های اساسی در تعامل با فرهنگ کشور میزبان پیش‌روی او قرار دارد؛ باید خود را با اجتماع و فرهنگ جامعه جدید ادغام کند، اما نمی‌تواند به‌طور کامل از آموزه‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی گذشته خود جدا شود. نتیجه این‌که مهاجران در کشور آلمان چالش‌های زیستی و ارزشی در تعامل با دیگران دارند، اما برای پیشرفت فردی، سختی‌های دوری از وطن را تحمل می‌نمایند.<br /><br /><strong>پیام اصلی: </strong>جامعه ایران طی دهه‌های اخیر تغییرات زیادی در حوزه‌های اجتماعی، فرهنگی به خود دیده است. توجه سیاست‌گذاران به این تغییرات را می‌طلبد تا از مهاجرت‌های بیشتر در آینده و خروج نیروی انسانی از کشور جلوگیری نماید. https://jscc.yazd.ac.ir/article_4015_7dac7af89cbb92cc205aee4d865e642b.pdf
