تجربه زیسته والدین از شیوه‌های وساطت رسانه‌ای در تعامل با کودک

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: در دهه‌های اخیر، نفوذ فراگیر رسانه‌های دیجیتال در حریم خصوصی خانواده، چشم‌انداز تعاملات والد- فرزندی و فرآیندهای تربیتی را به شکل بنیادین دگرگون ساخته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل استراتژی‌های وساطت رسانه‌ای است که والدین در زمینه مدیریت تعامل فرزندان‌شان با رسانه‌های صفحه‌نمایش و فضای مجازی به کار می‌گیرند.

روش و داده‌ها: پژوهش با روش پدیدارشناسی انجام گرفت. با نمونه‌گیری هدفمند وابسته به معیار، ۱۵ والد دارای فرزند صفر تا ۷ سال ساکن شهر یزد که تجربۀ استفادۀ فرزندان‌شان از رسانه‌های صفحه‌نمایش را داشتند، انتخاب شدند. فرایند گردآوری داده‌ها در پانزدهمین مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاریافته به اشباع رسید. داده‌ها با روش کلایزی تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: تحلیل تجارب والدین نشان داد که آن‌ها در مواجهه با استفاده فرزندان‌شان از رسانه‌های صفحه‌نمایش، مجموعه‌ای از استراتژی‌های مداخله‌گرانه از قبیل وساطت رسانه‌ای فعال، استراتژی دسترسی، هم‌مصرفی رسانه‌ای و وساطت مخاطره‌آمیز را به کار می‌گیرند. این شیوه‌های وساطت، ابزاری برای مدیریت مؤثر تعامل کودک با فضای دیجیتال فراهم می‌آورد.

بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: وساطت رسانه‌ای والدین یک کنش اجتماعی پویا و متغیر است که متناسب با نوع مواجهه کودک با رسانه و رفتارهای مجازی او تغییر می‌کند. لذا والدین، تحت تأثیر میزان فعالیت و حضور کودک در این فضا، استراتژی‌های مختلف مداخله رسانه‌ای را به کار می‌گیرند.

پیام اصلی مقاله: نتایج نشان داد والدین در وساطت رسانه‌ای ‌از‌ فرآیندهای ‌پویا‌ بهره گرفته ‌و ‌به ‌اجتماعی‌شدن‌ کودک ‌در ‌بستر ‌رسانه‌های ‌ارتباطی‌ ‌یاری‌ می‌رسانند. نتایج این مطالعه با ‌طرح‌ راهکارهایی ‌نوین‌ در‌ آموزش‌رسانه‌ای‌ والدین،‌ عرصه‌های ‌جدیدی‌ در ‌مطالعات ‌رسانه‌ به‌ویژه در ‌حوزه‌ خانواده ‌باز‌ می‌کند.

Background and Aim: In recent decades, the pervasive influence of digital media on family privacy has fundamentally transformed the landscape of parent-child interactions and educational processes. This study aims to analyze the media mediation strategies employed by parents in managing their children's interactions with screen media and the virtual space.

Data and Method: The research was conducted using a phenomenological approach. Through targeted sampling based on criteria, 15 parents with children aged 0-7 years in Yazd city, who had their children's use of screen media, were selected. Data collection reached saturation in the 15th semi-structured interview. The data were analyzed using the Claizi method.

Findings: The analysis of parents' experiences revealed that they employ a range of interventionist strategies, including active media mediation, access strategy, media co-consumption, and risky mediation, in response to their's use of screen media. These mediation techniques provide tools for effectively managing children's interactions with the digital realm.

Conclusion: Parent media mediation is a dynamic and variable social action that adapts to the child's media engagement and virtual behaviors. Therefore, parents, by the child's activity and presence in this space, employ different media intervention.

Key Message: The results indicate that parents use dynamic processes in media mediation and facilitate children's socialization on communication media. The findings open new avenues in media education particularly in the family sphere, by innovative strategies for parent media education.
